Eligibility

  1. Promotion is applicable to new bookings of eligible staterooms (guarantee stateroom bookings in categories ZI, YO, XN, XB &WS GTY are excluded) made between 13th August – 30th September 2019 on selected 2020 sailings of 6 nights or more departing between 1st January – 31st December 2020.
    Promotion also includes selected 2019 Jewel of the Seas Dubai sailings. See applicable sailing list.

Promotion Benefits

  1. All Eligible Bookings will include the following benefits:
    * (i) Deluxe Drinks Package (First and Second Stateroom Guest of legal drinking age only). Please drink responsibly.
    * (ii) Refreshments Beverage Package (Third and Fourth Stateroom Guest Only).

All Inclusive Package

  1. All Inclusive promotion includes the Deluxe Beverage Package for adults when booking on an Eligible Booking. A Refreshment Beverage Package will be applied to guests under the applicable drinking age on an Eligible Booking.
  2. Valid passenger date of birth information must be provided at the time of booking before the drinks package will be applied. This is a legal requirement and we reserve the right to withdraw the package if guests do not meet the qualifying criteria. Please drink responsibly.
  3. The Deluxe Beverage Package includes selected individual beverage items available on board. This is inclusive of cocktails, spirits, wines, beer, sodas, bottled water, juices, mocktails, premium coffee, premium tea and more. Bottles of wine are not included.
  4. The Refreshment Beverage package is applicable to any third and fourth guests over the age of two years booked into an eligible stateroom.
  5. The Refreshment Package includes selected individual non-alcoholic beverage items available onboard. This is inclusive of premium coffee, premium tea, bottled water, juices, smoothies, non-alcoholic cocktails, fountain soda beverages and a Coca-Cola souvenir cup.

General

  1. This promotion is only combinable with Crown & Anchor Discounts, Friends & Family Bookings, Tesco Clubcard bookings, the benefits offered by booking onboard via our Future Cruise Consultants (Reserved or Open Bookings), Future Cruise Certificates only, groups benefits such as GAP & Tour conductor benefits if named between 13th August – 30th September 2019 at prevailing rate.

‘Win back the cost of your holiday’ - CRUISE PRIZE DRAW AUGUST 2019

  1. This prize draw is open to UK residents only, age 18 or over who have made a new booking between Tuesday 13th August 2019 and Tuesday 3rd September 2019 (‘Promotion Period’), on all European sailings of six nights or more sailing on board Allure of the Seas departing from Barcelona between 10th May 2020 and 25th October 2020.
  2. All bookings made in the Promotion Period will automatically be entered into this free of charge prize draw. Bookings made outside of the Promotion Period will not be counted.
  3. One stateroom will be selected at random within 7 days of the end of the Promotion Period (”Winner”). The Cruise Fare, taxes, fees and port charges paid by the Winner as well as for all guests travelling within the same selected stateroom and economy flights for each guest in the Winner’s stateroom will be paid for by Royal Caribbean International (the “Prize”). Any other add-ons & amenities including, but not limited to, gratuities, hotels and transfers are not included. Adjustments will be made to the Winner’s booking invoice to reflect the Prize and their deposit will be refunded within 30 days of the Winner being selected. All other charges not included in the Prize will remain due in accordance with Royal Caribbean International’s booking terms and conditions.
  4. Promotional beverage packages offered on selected European sailings as part of any campaign offered during the Promotional Period will be combinable with this prize draw.
  5. The prize excludes personal expenses i.e. laundry, spa, shore excursions, travel insurance, speciality dining etc. Drinks on board are not included unless promotional beverage packages have been offered at the time of booking.
  6. Should a Winner change their ship, sail date, or category of stateroom after being contacted, they will be required to pay the difference in cruise fare charges if this change results in a cruise fare which is higher than that of the booking made during the Promotion Period and our standard cancelation charges will be payable.
  7. The Prize fulfilment will be managed by Royal Caribbean International who will contact the Winner via the email or telephone number provided at the time of booking.
  8. The Winner will be selected at random on Wednesday 4th September 2019 from all eligible entries and will be contacted within 7 days of the end of the Promotion Period.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash and may only be redeemed by the individual Winner.
  2. Winner and all guests travelling in the Winners stateroom must have a valid passport (including having at least six months validity on the return date) and obtain adequate travel insurance for their party and provide evidence on demand.
  3. The prize is non-transferable and has no monetary value. All bookings will be subject to Royal Caribbean International’s standard booking terms and conditions as stated at the time of booking, save where varied by these terms.   4. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
  5. Employees of Promoter, any business within the group of international companies to which Promoter is a member including all Royal Caribbean subsidiaries, their affiliates or anyone else professionally associated with this competition are expressly excluded from entering.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the prize draw at any time.
  7. By entering this Prize Draw, each participant is providing personal information to Promoter who shall undertake to process participant’s personal details in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018. Promoter undertakes to use participant’s personal details for this purpose and for the purpose of prize fulfilment as outlined in these terms and conditions, and in Royal Caribbean Internationals’ Privacy Policy (available at https://www.royalcaribbean.ie/privacy/).
  8. The Winner and any runners up agree that their details may also be announced contemporaneously on Promoter’s UK Facebook and/or Twitter in the format e.g. Mr/Mrs [Surname] of [Town]. The Winner’s details in this format may also be shared in marketing material of the Promoter, including the Royal Caribbean UK Blog, Facebook, Twitter and/or Instagram for a period of 6 months following the announcement of the winner of the competition.
  9. Promoter shall be entitled to make use of any comments provided by Winner via any social media sites for the benefit of promoting Royal Caribbean International subject always to the applicable policies of the social media websites.
  10. Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify this prize draw, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, a change in applicable law or any other factor beyond Promotor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of this prize draw, as determined by Promoter in its sole discretion.
  11. The winner's title, surname and county can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Promoter, FAO Royal Caribbean Marketing Team (address below) within 30 days of the prize draw date. The Winner agrees to their details being shared for this purpose.
  12. This prize draw shall be subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall prevail.
